The statutes of fees and usage concerning the pools of the community of Kottmar dated 15 December 2014 and amended on 14 March 2016, stipulates in Article 2, Paragraph 1 that the swimming season in the Obercunnersdorf leisure pool is from 15 May to 15 September.

In 1997, a modern leisure and adventure pool opened at the foot of Kottmar Hill, between Obercunnersdorf and Kottmarsdorf. Whilst other open-air swimming pools of the region have not already opened their pools or are already closed, you can enjoy an undisturbed bathing pleasure in Obercunnersdorf. An indoor and outdoor warm water pool heated to 28 to 29°C extends the swimming season for several months. And if the heated swimming pool is still not enough, you can simply enjoy the vapour-bath.

The outdoor area provides all attractions of an adventure pool, starting with a 61 m long big slide, to a wide slide, swimmer pool and paddling pool, to bubble seats and massage nozzles. The sunbathing area is the perfect place to relax, and when it gets too cold outside, you can just go back inside into the heated indoor area.
A chessboard, miniature golf course, volleyball court and table tennis tables are available for those who like to do sports. Of course, gastronomic accomodations are also provided: Pool guests can choose between the “Cafeteria”within the pool area and the restaurant "Erikabaude" directly behind the pool area.

Just behind the Obercunnersdorf leisure and adventure pool, there is an 18-hole miniature golf course, which is open from May until September, from 11.00 am until it gets dark. This course offers 18 rounds and a splendid view towards Kottmar Hill.

Fees for playing miniature golf are 2,50 Euro for adults and 2,00 Euro for children and young people aged 7 to 14. Just get the golf clubs in the leisure pool and you are ready to play!

Parking spaces for recreational vehicle and campers (trailer type) are also available in front of the leisure and adventure pool.

The Obercunnersdorf open-air swimming pool opened in 1927. It comprised a swimmer pool, a non-swimmer pool and a paddling pool for the little ones. The changing rooms used to be open to the waterside and separated by curtains only. In 1940, a new diving platform with 1, 3 and 5-metre boards was inaugurated. A ticket sales booth and newly constructed toilet facilities were built in the 60‘s. Unfortunaly, the 5-metre board had to be removed for safety reasons. In 1993, the former open-air swimming pool closed and a modern leisure and adventure pool was built on the same site, which opened in July 1997 after four years of construction.
